Marina Eschenazi (“yo”), con sede en Miami, Florida, EE. UU., ofrece servicios de coaching de fitness y nutrición. Esta política explica qué datos recojo a través de este sitio y cómo los uso.

Qué datos recojo

• Lo que escribes en el formulario: nombre, email, WhatsApp (opcional), servicio de interés, objetivo y tu mensaje (que puede incluir información sobre tu salud, rutina o alergias).
• Idioma de la página y, si llegas desde un enlace de campaña, su origen (parámetros UTM).

Para qué los uso

Únicamente para responder a tu solicitud, evaluar si somos un buen equipo y, si te conviertes en cliente, prestar el servicio. No vendo tus datos ni los uso para publicidad de terceros.

Con quién los comparto

Con los proveedores que hacen funcionar el sitio: Cloudflare (alojamiento y base de datos) y, si está activado, servicios de email y mensajería (Telegram) para avisarme de tu solicitud; el aviso por mensajería solo incluye tu nombre y el servicio. Solo ellos procesan los datos en mi nombre. Podría divulgarlos si una ley lo exige.

Cuánto tiempo los conservo

Mientras sea necesario para atender tu solicitud y la relación contigo, y hasta 24 meses después del último contacto si no llegas a ser cliente, salvo que me pidas borrarlos antes.

Tus derechos

Puedes pedirme en cualquier momento ver, corregir o eliminar tus datos escribiendo a marinaeschenazi@gmail.com. Respondo en un plazo razonable.

Seguridad

Los datos se transmiten por HTTPS y se guardan en un panel protegido con acceso restringido. Ningún sistema es 100% seguro, pero tomo medidas razonables para protegerlos.

Aviso de salud

Mi trabajo es de coaching y orientación nutricional y no sustituye el consejo, diagnóstico o tratamiento de un médico. Si tienes una condición médica, consulta a tu profesional de salud.

Menores

Este sitio no está dirigido a menores de 13 años y no recojo sus datos de forma consciente.

Cambios

Si actualizo esta política, cambiaré la fecha de arriba.

Marina Eschenazi (“I”), based in Miami, Florida, USA, provides fitness and nutrition coaching. This policy explains what data I collect through this site and how I use it.

What I collect

• What you enter in the form: name, email, WhatsApp (optional), service of interest, goal and your message (which may include health, routine or allergy information).
• The page language and, if you arrive from a campaign link, its source (UTM parameters).

How I use it

Only to reply to your request, assess whether we are a good fit and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. I do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who I share it with

With the providers that run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and, if enabled, email and messaging (Telegram) services that notify me of your request; the messaging alert includes only your first name and the service. They process data only on my behalf. I may disclose data if required by law.

How long I keep it

As long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, and up to 24 months after our last contact if you do not become a client, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to marinaeschenazi@gmail.com. I will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored in a dashboard with restricted access. No system is 100% secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.

Health notice

My work is nutrition coaching and guidance and does not replace the advice, diagnosis or treatment of a physician. If you have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If I update this policy, I will change the date above.
